Directions to Hukafalls Jet
Hukafalls Jet was established over 21 years ago, just outside Taupo, and provides a high octane day out for all the family. Strap yourself in for the ride of your life, as this half hour power trip whizzes you up the Waikato River towards the spectacularly beautiful cataracts of the Huka Falls.
The azure blue, crystal clear waters will take your breath away, as will the 80kph speeds you'll reach as you hurtle towards the crashing waters that thunder over the sheer cliff face.
Don't worry, though, you won't be thrown over! Instead, your expert jetboat pilot will have your heart in your mouth as he performs incredible 360 degree spins in the foaming surf at the bottom of the falls, as 300,000 litres of water per second roar into the pools below, more exhilarating than any theme park ride - because this is nature's real theme park, and you'll never get closer to it than with Hukafalls Jet.
Try not to close your eyes during your trip, as you'll miss out on attractions along the way such as the Huka Prawn Park, the Wairakei Thermal Power Station, and Aratiatia Dam, not to mention the hair-raising views you'll get as you zoom close to the cliff edge with just inches to spare. All drivers of the Hukafalls Jet are vastly experienced, so you're perfectly safe in their very capable hands, so this is one trip you aren't going to forget in an 80kph hurry.
Hukafalls Jet is conveniently located just off the main highways from Auckland and Rotorua.
