Description
Your guide will collect you from Rotorua, passing the Redwood forest on the way to the lake shore base. On arrival, you will be equipped with all necessary gear and briefed on safety and basic kayak operation.
Once on the water, you will explore the shoreline as daylight fades, following your guide’s route. After dark, venture into small caves inhabited by glow worms and spend ample time admiring their natural light display before returning in darkness along the same route.
If skies are clear, the tour concludes with star gazing, highlighting the Milky Way’s appearance. The experience lasts roughly three hours and offers a unique night on the water near Rotorua.
