Discover Hell's Gate Geothermal Reserve and Mud Spa (Tikitere), located about a 15-minute drive from central Rotorua. This guided walking tour showcases one of New Zealand’s most active geothermal sites, including the country’s largest active mud volcano.
Explore independently using the provided map or join a guided walk, depending on availability. Key attractions include boiling hot pools, erupting waters exceeding 100°C, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest hot waterfalls, and unique formations like land coral.
