Description
The ultimate Lake Rotoiti JetSki Adventure (2 Hours)
Where we meet and prepare, your adventure begins at the boat ramp down Okawa Bay Road. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. We will get you fitted with life jackets and run through a comprehensive safety briefing right at the ramp using the official Maritime NZ lake map. We will point out initial safety risks, where to go, and zones to avoid.
Mastering the Machine and Shallow Water Rule, your guide will walk you through the operational functions of your premium Sea-Doo, focusing strictly on starting and stopping, throttle control, and safe embark and dock.
CRITICAL SALLOW WATER & BOARDING RULE. To protect the machine and ensure your tour doesn't end early, jetskis must never be started, operated, or mounted in shallow water. Sucking up sand, stones, or weeds from the bottom will instantly damage the engine.

- Jet ski experience is not required
Tour is culturally aligned and guided by local `Maori guides in accordance with customary protocols for landing at tāpu/sacred places like Mokoia Island or Pāteko Island. Landing at sacred sites requires guides to be present.
