Description
Zip through an ancient native forest on Rotorua’s longest zipline, featuring a 400-metre tandem side-by-side ride that reaches speeds of up to 80km/h. This professionally guided tour includes six thrilling ziplines, elevated platforms up to 25 metres high, and expansive forest spans.
In addition to the ziplines, you’ll cross New Zealand’s only volcanic cliff walk carved into 250,000-year-old rock. The route includes a three-storey floating staircase, massive swing bridges suspended high in the canopy, and expansive views of the surrounding forest and Lake Rotorua.
Two expert local guides manage all safety equipment and provide wildlife insights and storytelling throughout the tour. You may encounter native birds such as robins, tomtits, fantails, and kererū, with the chance to hand-feed them if conditions allow. Your visit supports ongoing forest restoration efforts.
