Begin your evening at Te Aronui a Rua, a carved Māori meeting house, where a 30-minute cultural welcome and performance introduces you to Māori song, chant, and dance traditions.
Afterwards, take a short walk to Pōhutu Geyser to experience Rotorua’s geothermal activity while sipping hot chocolate.
The evening concludes with a hāngī buffet dinner at Pātaka Kai Restaurant & Bar, overlooking geothermal landscapes. The meal includes traditionally cooked meats and vegetables, kai moana (seafood), freshly sourced produce, and a selection of desserts.
