Description

Hop aboard New Zealand Riverjet, which will be captained by a highly-skilled and humorous driver. Your captain will take you on a scenic tour down the Mighty Waikato River, stopping to point out wildlife, native bush and geothermal areas on the way. You can take in the stunning scenery whilst listening to the wealth of knowledge the drivers have to share about the Waikato. You will also hear of myths and legends, history, and some fascinating information pertaining to your surroundings as you travel. You will then step off the jet boat to enter the mystical world of Orakei Korako, a hidden geothermal valley that has a prehistoric feel. You will see natural, untouched geothermal wonders, which are arguably some of the best left in New Zealand. Erupting geysers, silica terraces and the famous 'Ruatapu' geothermal cave are just some of the wonders you will stumble upon. You will then get back in the jet boat before being briefed before your ride home. Hold on tight as your driver blows you away with their tricky maneuvers, tight corners, tree gaps and of course the 360-degree jet spins on your return route back to base.
