This family-friendly area features a large freshwater chlorinated pool heated to 33°C (91°F), with both shallow and deeper sections suitable for all swimming abilities. A small hydro slide adds entertainment for children.
Two alkaline mineral hot pools from the Rachel Spring offer skin-nourishing geothermal waters at 37°C (98°F) and 40°C (104°F). These pools provide a soothing experience for parents while allowing them to supervise their children.
Safety is ensured with lifeguard supervision. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a caregiver, and those under 8 require active supervision by someone over 16. Infants and children under 5 enter free and must wear swimming nappies, available to purchase on-site.
The area includes spacious changing facilities, showers, and secure lockers. Towels and swimsuits can be hired. During busy periods, entry waits of 30-60 minutes may occur, and guests can visit the on-site 88Ra Café offering fresh meals, smoothies, juices, and gelato.
