- Please note you are booking a time to participate in the Altitude Experience. Your ticket is valid for the Day/Night Treewalk Experience 3 days either side of your Altitude booking and can be redeemed upon arrival to the site
- For the altitude tour, participants should be tall enough to reach 180 cm at the crease of their wrist on the measuring chart on site. Youths aged 13 to 15-years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf. Children aged 10-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16-years and older. Must be in good health, without high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, dizziness or other conditions that may be aggravated by the adventure. Long hair and loose items must be secured. All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions
- All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days
