Guided Trout Fishing in spring creeks, rivers and lake edges targeting Large Wild Brown and Quality Rainbow trout. 

Located in Rotorua, local fishing legend Dion James, will guide you on a trout fishing adventure to remember.  He’s lived and fished locally for over 20 years and has the experience of fishing these waters for years gaining invaluable local knowledge and a reputation for catching the infamous big wild Rotorua Brown trout.  

Both half day and full day experiences are offered:
 
  • Full Day (7 - 8 hrs ): From $650 per person. Includes lunch.
  • Half Day (4 hours): From $350 per person
  • Additional Anglers: $50 extra

The price Includes transportation from any local accommodation.  Fishing gear is provided. 

Seasonal Operation:

Season: December 1st - June 30.
