In Rotorua, there are a plethera of geothermal attractions to visit with geysers, mud pools and coloured sulphur lakes to marvel at. Allow a couple of hours to navigate the major attractions. Along with the geothermal attractions visitors can also get up close to geothermal activity in a number of public areas including Kuirau Park.
