Description
Enjoy a 40-minute private sauna crafted from aromatic Japanese hinoki wood, heated with volcanic rocks sourced from Finland. The sauna reaches approximately 70°C and accommodates up to four people comfortably. A bucket of water inside lets you adjust steam levels for a traditional experience.
Complement your sauna session with contrast therapy using nearby cedar cold plunge tubs maintained at about 12°C and a cold outdoor shower. Chilled drinking water is provided to keep you hydrated throughout.
Each sauna includes an individual changing area within the sauna itself. Swimwear or suitable clothing must be worn at all times.
